Deadly disease hits Ondo, residents wake up blind, die within a few hours

Residents of Irele township in Ondo state have been hit by a deadly diseases. According to reports, the victims wake up blind, with a terrible headache and die within a few hours. At least 15 people who contracted the disease are feared dead.
Ondo state Commissioner for Health, Dr. Dayo Adeyanju, said the disease was discovered yesterday but didn't say how the victims contracted the disease or how it can be passed on to others. Hopefully, the Minister of Health will tell us what's happening.

Actor Michael Jai White apologizes to all his exes in an open letter

If you ever dated Hollywood actor Michael Jai White, then this letter is for you. If you didn't date him...well, still read it :-).
The actor, who said he's found true love with his wife Gillian Waters (pictured with him above) wrote an emotional letter to all the women he's hurt in the past. He said his intense love for his wife have him feeling apologetic to all the women who came before her, who loved him and got hurt.

Nigeria faces cash crunch - Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala

In an interview with CNN's Richard Quest, Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister for the economy, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala said this will be a difficult year for Nigeria financially because of the cash crunch we are experiencing, but said with the financial assets the current administration has been able to build over the years, our cash flow will improve over time.

Pharmacist Paul Olafare’s death: We suspect foul play - sister

On Monday, we heard about the alleged suicide of Paul Olafare, described as a brilliant pharmacist who won the 2013 Lagos Pharmacist of the Year award (read here). He allegedly committed suicide because he was in a huge financial debt but his younger sister is now claiming the family suspects foul play in his death and are pointing fingers at Paul's wife, Busayo.
 
The younger sister, Temitope Dorcas Olafare, told Hamiltonstyle, that their family do not believe the suicide account of Busayo, who was the last person to see him alive. Busayo has since been arrested by detectives at Panti. An autopsy has been ordered to determine if Paul really killed himself or if something else happened to him. Dencia comes for South African who called her out for condemning Xenophobic attacks

Dencia took to her instagram to react to the current strings of Xenophobic attacks happening in South Africa. She posted this picture above and wrote;
"Late #NelsonMandela is somewhere weeping for our people, I can't believe my eyes,how do you fight against apartheid and end up with this years later?if it's not boko haram in Nigeria,it's Al-Shabaab somewhere in Kenya or Somalia and I can go on and on.What happened to just loving one another?what is my beloved continent,mother Africa turning into? Where did parents go wrong with their kids?
That's when a South African came on Dencia's page to call her out for condemning the act, saying she should face her cream business. Trust dencia, she dragged the South African through hot coals..
