Star's husband escapes jail time after attacking fan with car seat

Halle Berry's French husband, Olivier Martinez will not be criminally prosecuted after he slammed a baby car seat into an airport staff at the Los Angeles International Airport back in January.

Law enforcement officers say the 'Unfaithful' star and the LAX empolyee will both tell their sides of the story during an office hearing at the L.A City Attorney office.

However TMZ reports that Martinez will probably get a warning and the case will be closed. Adding that the hearing officer could make anger management part of the deal.

Martinez attacked the staff after he tried playing amateur photographer when he, Halle and daughter Nahla arrived at the Tom Bradley International Terminal early 2015.

Reports say the actor got pissed and took the empty car seat and threw it at the employee causing him to fall backward to the floor.
